39 Selection of persons by Committee
(1) The Committee shall not nominate a person for appointment as a member of the Corporation unless the person possesses one or more of the qualifications referred to in subsection 10(5). (2) The Committee shall not nominate a person for appointment as a member of the Corporation if:
(a) the person is a member of the Committee; or
(b) the person has been a member of the Committee within 12 months of the day on which the nomination is given to the Minister.
