22 Employees and consultants
(1) The Corporation may engage such employees as it determines are necessary for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers. (2) The Corporation may engage as advisers or consultants to the Corporation persons having suitable qualifications and experience. (3) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of the person holding the position of principal employee (however described) of the Corporation are such as are determined by the Corporation. (4) The terms and conditions of employment or engagement of persons employed or engaged under this section, other than the employee referred to in subsection (3), are such as are determined by the Corporation.
