sec.7 Eligibility for card
A person (an eligible person ) is eligible to apply for a photo identification card if the person— ordinarily resides in Queensland; and is at least 15 years. s 7 amd 2010 No. 51 s 4 sub 2017 No. 25 s 10
- (a) ordinarily resides in Queensland; and
- (b) is at least 15 years.
