sec.58 Existing applications for particular information

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application under section 30(1)(a) or (2)(b) of the pre-amended Act had been made but not decided. For deciding the application, the pre-amended Act continues to apply as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017 had not been enacted. s 58 ins 2017 No. 25 s 38 (sec.58-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application under section 30(1)(a) or (2)(b) of the pre-amended Act had been made but not decided.
