sec.57 Existing inquiries into accuracy etc. of details in APA register

This section applies if— the chief executive gave the holder of an adult proof of age card a written notice under section 29 of the pre-amended Act; and immediately before the commencement, the holder had not complied with the notice. The notice is taken to have been given under amended section 29 in relation to information recorded in the photo identification register about the holder’s photo identification card. s 57 ins 2017 No. 25 s 38 (sec.57-ssec.1) This section applies if— the chief executive gave the holder of an adult proof of age card a written notice under section 29 of the pre-amended Act; and immediately before the commencement, the holder had not complied with the notice. (sec.57-ssec.2) The notice is taken to have been given under amended section 29 in relation to information recorded in the photo identification register about the holder’s photo identification card.

• (a) the chief executive gave the holder of an adult proof of age card a written notice under section 29 of the pre-amended Act; and
• (b) immediately before the commencement, the holder had not complied with the notice.
