sec.5 What is a photo identification card
A photo identification card is a proof of age card issued under this Act— that states a person is at least 15 years; and on which information may be stored electronically. s 5 sub 2010 No. 13 s 44 ; 2017 No. 25 s 8
- (a) that states a person is at least 15 years; and
- (b) on which information may be stored electronically.
