sec.33 How applications or notifications must be made or given
An application or notification must be made or given— if there is an approved form for the application or notification—in that form; or if there is an approved way under section 32 (1) (a) for making the application or giving the notification—in that way; or otherwise—in writing. An application or notification must include any information required under section 32 (1) (b) . Subsection (2) does not limit another provision of this Act that requires an application or notification to include, or be accompanied by, particular information. s 33 prev s 33 amd 2010 No. 13 s 53 om 2015 No. 14 s 8 pres s 33 ins 2017 No. 25 s 32 (sec.33-ssec.1) An application or notification must be made or given— if there is an approved form for the application or notification—in that form; or if there is an approved way under section 32 (1) (a) for making the application or giving the notification—in that way; or otherwise—in writing. (sec.33-ssec.2) An application or notification must include any information required under section 32 (1) (b) . (sec.33-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit another provision of this Act that requires an application or notification to include, or be accompanied by, particular information.
- (a) if there is an approved form for the application or notification—in that form; or
- (b) if there is an approved way under section 32 (1) (a) for making the application or giving the notification—in that way; or
- (c) otherwise—in writing.
