sec.27 Form of photo identification register
The photo identification register may be entirely or partly in any of the following forms— a computer database; a documentary form; another form the chief executive considers appropriate. The photo identification register may be a part of another register maintained by the chief executive under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 . s 27 amd 2017 No. 25 s 27 (sec.27-ssec.1) The photo identification register may be entirely or partly in any of the following forms— a computer database; a documentary form; another form the chief executive considers appropriate. (sec.27-ssec.2) The photo identification register may be a part of another register maintained by the chief executive under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 .
