A person must not possess another person’s photo identification card unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. A person must not give the person’s photo identification card to another person if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, the other person intends to use the card to deceive someone. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
