sec.20 Application of div 2
This division does not apply to any of the following persons carrying out a function, or exercising a power, under this or another Act— the chief executive; the commissioner of the police service; a police officer.
- (a) the chief executive;
- (b) the commissioner of the police service;
- (c) a police officer.
