sec.13 Expiry of card

Unless it is sooner cancelled under division 3 , a photo identification card expires on the day stated on the card, being a day that is not longer than 10 years after the day the card is issued. s 13 amd 2010 No. 13 s 48 ; 2017 No. 25 s 14
