6 Eligibility for Photo Card

6 Eligibility for Photo Card

(1) A person is eligible for the issue of a Photo Card only if Transport for NSW is satisfied that the person—

(a) is ordinarily resident in this State, and

(b) is at least 16 years of age, and

(c) (Repealed)

(d) satisfies such other eligibility criteria as may be prescribed by the regulations.

(2) (Repealed)

(3) A regulation for the purposes of subsection (1)(d) is not to be made except on the recommendation of the Minister made after consultation with the Attorney General.
