32 Protection from liability
(1) An individual does not incur civil liability for an act or omission done honestly and in good faith in the course of his or her duties under this Act.
(2) A liability that would, apart from subsection (1), attach to an individual because of an act or omission done honestly and in good faith in the course of his or her duties attaches instead to Transport for NSW.
(3) Transport for NSW is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the fraudulent or other improper use of a Photo Card (or thing that resembles a Photo Card) unless the liability results from the negligence of Transport for NSW or a member of staff of Transport for NSW. This subsection extends to a liability that attaches to Transport for NSW under subsection (2).
