31 Delegation by TfNSW
(1) Transport for NSW may delegate the exercise of any function of Transport for NSW under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to—
(a) any member of staff of Transport for NSW, or
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
(2) Nothing in this section affects any other power of delegation that Transport for NSW has under any other Act.
