98Delegation

98 Delegation (1) The Authority may, in writing, delegate to— (a) a member of the Authority; or (b) the registrar or another person employed by the Authority under section 99; or (c) a person engaged by the Authority to provide services to the Authority— any of its functions and powers under this Act, other than— (d) the power to refuse or to revoke a licence to carry on a pharmacy business or pharmacy department; or (e) the power to refuse or to revoke the registration of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot; or (f) a power under Part 4; or (g) this power of delegation.
