97 Limited immunity of member of a panel (1) A member of the Authority or a member of a panel co-opted by the Authority under section 57 is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith— (a) in the exercise of a power or the discharge of a duty under Part 3 of this Act; or (b) in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the exercise of a power or the discharge of a duty under Part 3 of this Act. (2) Any liability resulting from an act or omission that would, but for subsection (1), attach to a member of the Authority or a member of a panel co-opted by the Authority under section 57, attaches instead to the Authority.
