91Acting members

91 Acting members (1) If a member of the Authority is unable to perform the duties or functions of the office, the Minister may appoint a person who is qualified to be appointed as a member to act as the member during the period of inability. (2) The terms and conditions of appointment for an acting member are the same as for the member for whom they act. (3) The Minister may at any time terminate the appointment. (4) While the appointment of an acting member remains in force, the acting member has and may exercise all the powers and perform all the duties and functions of the member.
