87 Membership of the Authority (1) The Authority consists of members appointed by the Governor in Council on the nomination of the Minister. (2) Of the persons appointed to the Authority— (a) 3 must be persons who are registered pharmacists; and (b) one must be an Australian lawyer; and (c) one must be a person who is not a registered pharmacist.
