63 Public register (1) The Authority must keep a public register of all— (a) licensees; and (b) registered premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot. (2) The following particulars must be included on the public register— (a) the name of each licensee of a pharmacy business or pharmacy department; and (b) the number of pharmacies owned by a person; and (c) the registration status of the premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot; and (d) any conditions on a licence or registration. (3) The Authority may publish on the Authority's Internet site a list of persons who have had a licence or registration revoked. (4) The Authority may also publish on the Authority's Internet site the public register as set out in subsections (1) and (2).
