62 Application to VCAT for review (1) A person affected by a decision of the Authority— (a) to refuse to grant a licence; or (b) to refuse to grant a registration; or (c) to impose conditions on a licence or registration; or (d) to revoke a licence or registration— may apply to VCAT for a review of that decision. (2) An application under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the date on which the person concerned received notice of the decision and the reasons for it. (3) The Authority must publish a notice of the determination of VCAT on a review under this section on the Authority's Internet site. (4) If a decision has been reviewed by VCAT, the Authority must notify any person who was notified of the original decision by the Authority, of the determination of VCAT. Division 6—Public register
