57 Convening of a panel (1) The Authority may convene a panel to hear a matter which has been the subject of an investigation under Division 3 of Part 3. (2) A panel convened under subsection (1) may be comprised of 3 members of whom— (a) at least 2 are members of the Authority; and (b) one may be a person co-opted by the Authority for the purpose of the hearing of the matter; and (c) at least 2 are registered pharmacists. (3) A person co-opted by the Authority under subsection (2) is entitled to the fees and allowances that are fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council.
