56 Grounds for revocation of registration Subject to this Division, the Authority may revoke a registration of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot carried on by a person— (a) if the person carrying on the pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot is no longer eligible to hold a licence; or (b) if the person carrying on a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot has failed to carry on the pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot in accordance with this Act or the regulations or any conditions on the registration; or (c) on any other ground on which the person's licence could be revoked; or (d) there has been a failure of security at the pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot that presents a serious risk to public health and safety; or (e) if the premises of the pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot are unhygienic or no longer suitable for use for this purpose; or (f) there has been a failure of good pharmaceutical practice at the premises of the pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot that presents a serious risk to public health and safety.
