52 Registration renewal: application and fee (1) An application to renew an existing registration of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot must be made before 1 July each year. (2) The Authority may fix the annual fee for any given year. (3) An application under subsection (1) must be made to the Authority. (4) An application must— (a) be in writing; and (b) be accompanied by the fee fixed by the Authority; and (c) contain the information required by the Authority to determine the application. (5) An application to renew a registration may be for a period of up to 12 months. (6) If the period of registration applied for under subsection (1) is less than 12 months, the proportion of the fixed fee that applies may be determined on a pro rata basis.
