49 Conditions on registration (1) The Authority may impose any condition it thinks appropriate on the registration of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot. (2) The registration must set out any conditions to which it is subject. (3) The Authority may impose a condition on the registration of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot during the period of a registration— (a) with the consent of the registration holder; or (b) without the consent of the registration holder if 28 days prior to imposing the condition, the Authority provides to the registration holder— (i) written notice of the proposed condition; and (ii) the grounds for imposing the condition. (4) The Authority may impose a condition on the renewal of the registration of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot.
