47 Application for registration of a pharmacy depot (1) A person who is licensed to carry on a pharmacy business or pharmacy department may apply to the Authority to register a pharmacy depot. (2) The application must— (a) be in writing; and (b) contain the information required by the Authority to determine the application; and (c) be accompanied by the fee fixed by the Authority. (3) If the period of registration applied for under subsection (1) is less than 12 months, the proportion of the fixed fee that applies may be determined on a pro rata basis.
