45 Registration of premises of pharmacy businesses or pharmacy departments (1) The Authority may register the premises of a pharmacy business or pharmacy department if the Authority is satisfied that— (a) the applicant is eligible to be granted a licence to carry on the pharmacy business or pharmacy department; and (b) the premises are suitable for the provision of pharmacy services; and (c) without limiting paragraph (b), the premises comply with— (i) the requirements in the Schedule that relate to premises; and (ii) any other requirements that are prescribed. (2) The Authority must not register part of the premises of a registered funded agency as a pharmacy department, unless the Authority has first consulted with the Secretary.
