28 Notification by pharmacists (1) A registered pharmacist must, within 14 days after the pharmacist commences to supply, compound or dispense medicines from a pharmacy or pharmacy department, notify the Authority of the address of the pharmacy or pharmacy department. 1. 10 penalty units. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has agreed in writing with the Authority to notify the Authority in the circumstances agreed with the Authority.
