114 Existing applications for approval (1) An application for approval of a pharmacy business or pharmacy department that was made under the HPRA but not determined before the commencement day is taken to be an application under this Act for a licence to carry on that pharmacy business or pharmacy department. (2) An application for approval of premises of a pharmacy business, pharmacy department or pharmacy depot that was made under the HPRA but not determined before the commencement day is taken to be an application under this Act for registration of those premises.
