105 Repayment of advances (1) The Authority must pay into the Public Account any amounts that the Minister administering section 14 of the **Financial Management Act 1994**, in consultation with the Treasurer, determines are required to repay advances from the Public Account for the operation of the Authority. (2) Payments under subsection (1) must be made in accordance with any other terms and conditions from time to time determined by the Minister administering section 14 of the **Financial Management Act 1994** in consultation with the Treasurer. (3) The Authority must, as and when directed to do so by the Minister administering section 14 of the **Financial Management Act 1994**, provide a plan for the repayment of advances referred to in subsection (1). (4) The Authority must at any time that the Minister administering section 14 of the **Financial Management Act 1994** directs it to do so, report to that Minister in writing on its progress in making payments under subsection (1).
