> > (1) The Authority may publish by notice in the *Gazette* a copy of the register or part of the register.

> > (2) The Authority may provide a person with a copy of a notice referred to in [subsection (1)](#GS71N@Gs1@EN) on payment of the prescribed fee.

> > (3) A notice under [subsection (1)](#GS71N@Gs1@EN) is not a statutory rule within the meaning of the [Rules Publication Act 1953](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1953-050) .
