6 Establishment of Authority

(1) The Tasmanian Pharmacy Authority is established.
(2) The Authority –
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b) may acquire, hold, dispose of and otherwise deal with property; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
