> > (1) If the Authority –
> >
> > > > (a) takes action under [section 59A(2)(a)](#GS59A@Gs2@Hpa@EN) or [(b)](#GS59A@Gs2@Hpb@EN) ; or

> > > > (b) accepts an undertaking under [section 59A(10)](#GS59A@Gs10@EN) –

> > and the relevant party fails to comply with the direction or undertaking, the Authority may take action under [section 71H](#GS71H@EN) .
