### 3B Meaning of "interest in a pharmacy business"

> > (1) For the purposes of this Act, the expression ***interest in a pharmacy business*** means any legal or beneficial interest in the business, including an interest as –

> > > > (a) a sole proprietor; or
> > >
> > > > (b) a partner; or
> > >
> > > > (c) a director, member or shareholder of a company as defined in the Corporations Act; or
> > >
> > > > (d) a trustee or beneficiary of, or unit holder in, a trust.

> > (2) Without limiting the generality of [subsection (1)](#GS3B@Gs1@EN) , a person will be taken to have an interest in a pharmacy business for the purposes of this Act if the person is party to an arrangement of a kind prescribed by the regulations.
