(1) The accounts and records of the Authority are subject to the Audit Act 2008 .
(2) [Section 18 Subsection (2) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The Authority must pay into the Public Account such amounts as the Treasurer may require towards the reasonable costs and expenses of audits conducted pursuant to this section.
