sec.96 Suspension and ending of appointment of inspectors

The office of a person as an inspector ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the inspector’s resignation under section 97 takes effect. The council may suspend or end the appointment of an inspector. Subsections (1) and (2) do not limit the ways the office of a person as an inspector ends. In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the inspector holds office.
