sec.94 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
An inspector holds office on any conditions stated in— the inspector’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the inspector; or a regulation. The instrument of appointment, signed notice or regulation may limit the inspector’s powers. In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the council. (sec.94-ssec.1) An inspector holds office on any conditions stated in— the inspector’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the inspector; or a regulation. (sec.94-ssec.2) The instrument of appointment, signed notice or regulation may limit the inspector’s powers. (sec.94-ssec.3) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the council.

- (b) a signed notice given to the inspector; or
- (c) a regulation.
