sec.82 Definitions for part
In this part— decision criteria , in relation to a decision under this part about a pharmacy business, means the following— the purposes of this Act; the financial and operational circumstances of the business; the health and wellbeing of customers of the business. previous holder , of a cancelled pharmacy business licence, means the person who held the licence immediately before the cancellation.
