sec.49 Application by licence holder
The holder of a pharmacy business licence may apply to the council to change the licensed premises for the pharmacy business to which the licence relates. The application must— be in the approved form; and state the address of the proposed licensed premises; and be accompanied by the application fee prescribed by regulation.
