sec.38 Application to add a licence holder
The holder of a pharmacy business licence and 1 other eligible person (the incoming party ) may jointly apply to the council to add the incoming party as a holder of the licence. The application must be— in the approved form; and accompanied by the application fee prescribed by regulation. (sec.38-ssec.1) The holder of a pharmacy business licence and 1 other eligible person (the incoming party ) may jointly apply to the council to add the incoming party as a holder of the licence.
