sec.35 Deciding application

For deciding an application for renewal or restoration of a pharmacy business licence under this division, sections 26 to 30 apply— as if— a reference to an application for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration; and a reference to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the applicant for the renewal or restoration; and a reference to the grant of a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the grant of the renewal or restoration; and with other necessary changes.

(a) as if— (i) a reference to an application for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration; and (ii) a reference to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the applicant for the renewal or restoration; and (iii) a reference to the grant of a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the grant of the renewal or restoration; and
(i) a reference to an application for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration; and
(ii) a reference to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the applicant for the renewal or restoration; and
(iii) a reference to the grant of a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the grant of the renewal or restoration; and
(b) with other necessary changes.
(i) a reference to an application for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the application for renewal or restoration; and
(ii) a reference to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the applicant for the renewal or restoration; and
(iii) a reference to the grant of a pharmacy business licence were a reference to the grant of the renewal or restoration; and
