sec.30 Conditions
The council may impose conditions on a pharmacy business licence that the council considers appropriate. If a holder of a pharmacy business licence, or a director or shareholder of the holder, contravenes a condition of the licence, the council may— suspend the licence under section 65 ; or cancel the licence under section 66 .
- (a) suspend the licence under section 65 ; or
- (b) cancel the licence under section 66 .
