sec.26 Requesting further information or document

The council may, by notice given to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence, ask the applicant for further information or a document the council needs to decide the application. The application is taken to be withdrawn if the applicant does not give the council the information or document— within 14 days after receiving the notice; or by a later day agreed between the council and the applicant. s 26 amd 2025 No. 21 s 8 (sec.26-ssec.1) The council may, by notice given to an applicant for a pharmacy business licence, ask the applicant for further information or a document the council needs to decide the application.
