sec.24 Joint applications
An application for a pharmacy business licence may be made jointly by 2 or more eligible persons. For an application made jointly as permitted under subsection (1) , a reference in this division to the applicant is taken to be a reference to each person making the application. (sec.24-ssec.1) An application for a pharmacy business licence may be made jointly by 2 or more eligible persons.
