sec.233 Existing review rights
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person could have, but had not, applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under repealed section 181 ; and the period within which the person could apply for the review had not ended. The person may, within the period mentioned in subsection (1) (b) , apply for the review, and QCAT may hear and decide the review, under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted. (sec.233-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— a person could have, but had not, applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under repealed section 181 ; and the period within which the person could apply for the review had not ended. (sec.233-ssec.2) The person may, within the period mentioned in subsection (1) (b) , apply for the review, and QCAT may hear and decide the review, under the repealed Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
- (a) a person could have, but had not, applied to QCAT for a review of a decision under repealed section 181 ; and
- (b) the period within which the person could apply for the review had not ended.
