sec.204 Application of part
This part applies in relation to confidential information that a person— has obtained in performing a function under this Act; or has obtained access to, whether directly or indirectly, from a person in relation to whom paragraph (a) applies.
- (a) has obtained in performing a function under this Act; or
- (b) has obtained access to, whether directly or indirectly, from a person in relation to whom paragraph (a) applies.
