sec.197 Appointments and authority
The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of a council member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, the chief executive officer or an inspector; the authority of the Minister, the council, a council member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, the chief executive officer or an inspector to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the appointment of a council member, the chairperson, the deputy chairperson, the chief executive officer or an inspector;
