sec.192 Applying for external review
This section applies to a person who must be given a QCAT information notice for— an original decision to which division 2 does not apply; or an internal review decision. The person may apply to QCAT, as provided under the QCAT Act, for a review of the decision. The QCAT Act , section 22 (3) enables QCAT to stay the operation of the decision, either on application by a person or on its own initiative. s 192 amd 2025 No. 21 s 29 (sec.192-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who must be given a QCAT information notice for— an original decision to which division 2 does not apply; or an internal review decision. (sec.192-ssec.2) The person may apply to QCAT, as provided under the QCAT Act, for a review of the decision. The QCAT Act , section 22 (3) enables QCAT to stay the operation of the decision, either on application by a person or on its own initiative.
- (a) an original decision to which division 2 does not apply; or
- (b) an internal review decision.
