sec.19 Pharmacy business must be licensed
A person must not carry on a pharmacy business unless the business is a licensed pharmacy business. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 203 , to have also committed the offence.
