sec.170 Resignation
The chief executive officer may resign from the office of chief executive officer by signed notice given to the council. The resignation takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—on the later day. (sec.170-ssec.1) The chief executive officer may resign from the office of chief executive officer by signed notice given to the council. (sec.170-ssec.2) The resignation takes effect— on the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—on the later day.
