sec.17 Limit on number of pharmacy businesses a person may hold interest in

A person must not hold an interest in more than the following number of pharmacy businesses at the same time— for a person mentioned in section 10 (1) (d) , (e) or (f) —6; or for another person—5. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 203 , to have also committed the offence.

• (a) for a person mentioned in section 10 (1) (d) , (e) or (f) —6; or
